Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Beast Forge ("Beast Forge," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Beast Forge mobile application, website at beast-forge.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
Beast Forge is a fitness and personal training platform that connects coaches with their clients. The Service includes:
- Workout programs and an exercise video library
- Workout logging, intensity ratings, and progress tracking
- Program completion tracking and achievement milestones
- In-app messaging between coaches and clients
- Nutrition content shared by coaches
- Premium subscription features (Beast Forge Premium)
Free accounts. Creating a Beast Forge account is free. Payment is required only if you choose to subscribe to Beast Forge Premium to unlock premium features.
The Service is available as a native iOS app (built with Capacitor) and as a web application at beast-forge.com. Some features and billing options may differ between platforms.
Eligibility & Accounts
Age requirement. You must be at least 13 years old to use Beast Forge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
Account registration. To access core features you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or via a magic-link sent to your email (powered by Supabase Auth). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at legal@beast-forge.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- Not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
One account per person. You may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
Account types. Beast Forge has two account roles: Coaches (personal trainers who create programs and manage clients) and Clients (users who follow programs and track progress). Each role carries different permissions within the Service.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Beast Forge Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features in the app. Subscriptions are billed differently depending on how you subscribe:
If you subscribe through the Beast Forge iOS app, your subscription is processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not offer alternative payment methods for in-app subscriptions on iOS.

- Price: The exact price is displayed on the subscription screen in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set in App Store Connect.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- Free trial: Beast Forge Premium currently has no free trial. You will be charged immediately upon confirming your purchase.
- Subscription management: We use RevenueCat to sync your subscription status with your Beast Forge account. RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction and subscription status — not your payment card details.
Subscriptions purchased on beast-forge.com are processed by Stripe and are separate from Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions. A web subscription does not automatically apply to the iOS app, and an iOS subscription does not automatically apply to the website, unless we explicitly link them to the same account.
- Payment processor: Stripe handles all web checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page — Beast Forge never stores your full card number.
- Auto-renewal: Web subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- Manage or cancel: Contact us at legal@beast-forge.com to cancel a web subscription.
Cancellation & Refunds
iOS subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)
- How to cancel: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device, select Beast Forge Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All payments for iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple. Beast Forge cannot issue refunds for Apple In-App Purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Web subscriptions (Stripe)
- How to cancel: Email legal@beast-forge.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Web subscription refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email legal@beast-forge.com within 7 days of a charge. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
User Content & Conduct
Your content. You may submit content through the Service including workout logs, progress photos, progress notes, intensity ratings, and messages to your coach ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Beast Forge a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Prohibited conduct. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content from the Service by automated means
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
We reserve the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Reporting Objectionable Content & Blocking Users
Beast Forge includes user-generated content through coach-client chat. We are committed to keeping the platform safe. You can report objectionable content and block abusive users as follows:
- Report a message: In any chat conversation, tap and hold a message and select Report. Choose a reason (harassment, spam, inappropriate content, or other) and submit. We review all reports.
- Block a user: From a user's profile or chat screen, tap Block User. Blocked users cannot send you messages. You can unblock users from your account settings.
- Email us: For urgent reports, email legal@beast-forge.com with the subject "Content Report" and include the username, message content, and date.
We aim to review and act on all content reports within 24 hours. Actions we may take include removing content, issuing warnings, temporarily suspending accounts, or permanently banning users who violate these Terms.
Coach-Client Relationship
Beast Forge is a platform that facilitates the relationship between coaches and their clients. We do not employ, supervise, or certify coaches. Coaches are independent professionals who use our platform to deliver their services.
- Beast Forge does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or certifications of any coach
- The coach-client relationship is between you and your coach — Beast Forge is not a party to that relationship
- Disputes between coaches and clients should be resolved directly between those parties; we may assist in our sole discretion
- Beast Forge is not responsible for the quality, safety, or effectiveness of any coaching advice, workout program, or nutrition content provided by a coach
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. You assume all risk associated with any workout program you perform.
- You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and determining whether any program or exercise is appropriate for you.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
- Beast Forge is not liable for any injury, illness, or other health consequence arising from use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Beast Forge — including the app design, logos, branding, exercise video library, software, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Beast Forge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Beast Forge content without our prior written permission.
Coaches retain ownership of the original workout programs and nutrition content they create on the platform. By publishing content on Beast Forge, coaches grant us a limited license to host and display that content to their subscribed clients.
Termination
By you. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing legal@beast-forge.com with the subject "Delete My Account." Account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all your data. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Stripe subscription — you must cancel those separately.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, endangered other users, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a prorated basis.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect after termination.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beast Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

About This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Beast Forge ("Beast Forge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Beast Forge iOS app and website at beast-forge.com (together, the "Service").
Beast Forge is a fitness and personal training platform that connects coaches with their clients. Features include workout programs, an exercise video library, coach-client messaging, progress tracking, achievement milestones, nutrition posts, and subscription management.
We are committed to handling your data responsibly. We do not sell personal information, do not run advertising, and do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. Here is every category of data we collect:

Payment details. For iOS subscriptions, Apple processes all payments through your Apple ID — we never receive your payment card details. For web subscriptions on beast-forge.com, Stripe processes checkout directly — we only receive a Stripe Customer ID and subscription status, not your full card number.
How We Use Your Data
Every piece of data we hold is used solely to operate and improve the Service. Specifically:
- Account management — to create your account, authenticate you, and maintain session security
- App functionality — to display your workout programs, record progress, show achievement milestones, and deliver nutrition content from your coach
- Coach-client messaging — to send and receive in-app chat messages between coaches and clients
- Subscription access — to verify your active subscription and grant or restrict access to premium features
- Transactional emails — to send magic-link sign-in emails, password-reset emails, and account-related notifications (via Supabase)
- Customer support — to respond to your questions, requests, and complaints
- Service improvement — to understand how features are used and to fix bugs (based only on direct feedback, not automated tracking)

Beast Forge uses the following external service providers. We share only the minimum data each needs to perform its function.

We have no other third-party integrations. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook SDK, Crashlytics, or any similar tool.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being stored and processed in the US.
We apply the following security measures:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforce that each user can only read and write their own records
- Server-side secrets (service-role keys, Stripe webhook secrets) are stored in environment variables and never exposed to client-side code
- Production database access is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Supabase applies encryption at rest to all stored data
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these precautions seriously and update them as best practices evolve.
Data Retention

Your Rights & Choices
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
Portability
Request a structured export of your data in a machine-readable format.
Object / Restrict
Object to any processing you believe is beyond what you consented to.
Withdraw Consent
Stop using the Service and request deletion at any time, no questions asked.
To exercise any right, email legal@beast-forge.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Account deletion. To delete your account and all associated data, email legal@beast-forge.com with the subject "Delete My Account." We will complete deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple or Stripe subscription — cancel those separately in iOS Settings or by contacting us.
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of personal information we collect (CCPA categories):
- Identifiers — name, email address, User ID
- Internet / electronic network activity — in-app messages and workout log entries
- Commercial information — subscription and transaction records (via Apple In-App Purchase, RevenueCat, or Stripe)
Your California rights:
- Right to Know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, why we collected it, and with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data).
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA/CPRA right.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, email legal@beast-forge.com with the subject "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity before processing and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with prior notice).
CalOPPA disclosures. This Privacy Policy is posted at https://beast-forge.com/legal#privacy. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals because we do not engage in behavioral tracking.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple App Store age requirements, you must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, please contact us at legal@beast-forge.com and we will delete the account within 48 hours.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- The revised policy will be posted at https://beast-forge.com/legal#privacy
- For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and request account deletion.
